Z Machine creates ice in nanoseconds

National Nuclear Security Administration Laboratory of United States, owns the Z Machine f Sandia's, which is capable to produce a temperature higher than Sun's. Recently has successfully obtained ice from water in just a few nanoseconds.

The water, through compression may become solid more rapidly than being decompressed to liquid state.
There are known eleven ways until now of freezing water and this concept is one of them.

The procedure is made using a 20 millions ampere of electrical pulse. Has been used in this test a pressure from 50.000 until 120.000 atmospheres, the water freezes in less than 100 nanoseconds.

The behavior of water at high pressures is still a mystery. This freezing phenomenon may be occurred due to changing structure of electrons into a much dense one. It looks like the water it's impossible to stop freezing at those pressures.

Yeah, what I don't understand is what quantity of water they are freezing?!
