click to enlarge At Department of Energy's Stanford Linear Accelerator Center, for the first time has been observed the transition of a particle to anti-mater, this one being "D-meson".

Mesons are about 140 types and are formed from quarks which may be produced when particles are hit with high energy.

This model, represent another step in discovery process of a new energy extraction modality, resulting in new physics discoveries.

When the electrons and positrons hits it, produce a flurry of many particles, resulting in transformation of a particle into a anti-particle.

The finally obtained meson is one of the most wanted one for many years. The K meson has been discovered about 50 years ago, B meson about 20 and now the D meson.

Approximately 600 specialists of many nations, from other institutions works at BaBar, those being peoples from countries like: Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Russia, Spain, United Kingdom and United States of America. In the next months those specialists will discover new physics laws, waited for so long.
