External links can be very useful because it can increase Google Ranking, helping very much for indexing and for growing number of links in search engines.
In the last time many webmasters tried hardly to obtain external links for a better indexing. Anyway, on Google Search already exists a feature for searching links: "link:site", but the peoples from Google has thinking to take it in consideration much seriously, which is a brilliant idea.
