Even if we don't really know that will have ever an international success because is not coming with an operating system, Firefox is still one of the most spreed browsers from the world.

Firefox 3.0 still very buggy, has been successfully optimized, obtaining in tests a memory consumption of most of 30 MB, and it stops its activities when running in background. With all of those we shouldn't forget the fact if we have multiples tabs opened with different websites which may contain flash, javascript and large images, a browser will remain always a big memory consumer even if not from their fault but website programmers.

Between other facilities that Firefox 3 brings we can consider a few brand new added security elements .

Other improvements has been added to the way of adding websites to favorites, add ons and themes but to download area too.

As a conclusion it deserve to be tested but is not so trusty, specially to developers because of bugs which may appear as a result.

Not only is Firefox already reaching an international audience, but it is also released with the majority of Linux distributions. So yes, it does come with an operating system.
