click to enlarge NASA with a researching team from a Hawaii's University, needs a spacecraft to redirect an asteroid that's come to Earth.

The tractor, which cost about 200-300 millions dollars, will be attached to this asteroid for changing its speed, resulting in an deviation from current orbit avoiding a collision with Earth.

The impact won't be catastrophic for entire planet, but it worth the effort as for an earthquake, tsunami or hurricane.

The asteroid named Apophis, will pass at 20.000 miles away from Terra on April 13 2029. It will be so close that until in 2036, its orbit may change and hits Earth.

The researchers said that if we'll be hit by an asteroid at this point it will be our fault, because we should track it and prevent those kind of destructions.

This type of impacts has made enormous damages to Earth in the past and a big asteroid can brings us the end.
